Our products are carefully sourced from the Himalayas and the ocean — meaning every ingredient serves a nutritional purpose. We only sell treats that our own pets have approved, which is our promise to every pet parent in the UAE.

Himalayan yak chews are hand-crafted in Nepal from yak and cow milk. The milk is boiled, shaped, and then smoked and sun-dried for weeks — producing a hard, long-lasting chew with zero artificial ingredients. They are:

Yes! We have a dedicated cat treats range made from natural ingredients cats love. Our seafood-based treats are especially popular among cats. Always check the product label to confirm it's suitable for cats, as some of our chews are designed for dogs only.

Our Seafood Range features ocean-fresh, single-ingredient treats including fish skins, dried prawns, and other marine proteins. They are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids for coat health, high in natural protein, and free from artificial flavourings. They're a favourite for both dogs and cats.

Never. This is our non-negotiable promise. Every Puprazy product is free from artificial colours, artificial flavours, synthetic preservatives, and fillers. What you see on the label is exactly what goes into the treat — nothing more.

Our Himalayan range is sourced directly from high-altitude farms and artisan producers in Nepal and the Himalayas. Our seafood treats are sourced from trusted ocean suppliers. We personally vet every supplier and product before listing it — if our own pets don't love it, we don't sell it.

Himalayan chews are generally safe for most adult dogs. However, we recommend supervising your dog while chewing, especially for aggressive chewers. Always choose the right size for your dog's breed and weight. We advise against giving hard chews to puppies under 6 months, senior dogs with dental issues, or dogs with a history of digestive sensitivity without consulting your vet first.

Treats should make up no more than 10% of your pet's daily calorie intake. For Himalayan chews, we recommend one chew session per day with supervision. Treat amounts vary by product — always refer to the feeding guide on the product packaging. When introducing a new treat, start small and observe your pet for any reactions.

Because our treats are single-ingredient or minimal-ingredient, they are often a great choice for pets with food sensitivities. However, if your pet has a known allergy (e.g., to dairy or fish), please check the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian before introducing any new food.

Don't throw it away! When the chew becomes small enough to be a choking hazard, you can microwave it for 45–60 seconds. It will puff up into a light, crunchy snack your dog will love. Allow it to cool completely before giving it to your pet. This is one of the many reasons pet parents love Himalayan chews — zero waste!

Yes! On select products you can subscribe for regular deliveries and save on every order. Choose your preferred delivery frequency at checkout. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 99 across the UAE. Orders below AED 99 attract a flat shipping fee of AED 20.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days across the UAE. Dubai orders often arrive within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are processed the same day.

Currently, we ship within the UAE only. We are working on expanding to other GCC countries soon. If you're based outside the UAE and interested in our products, reach out to us at heypuprazy@gmail.com and we'll keep you updated.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours, please contact us at heypuprazy@gmail.com.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
